Grade A: Refers to clothes that are used, but still wearable. There will be no damage or holes in the items.
Grade CR (or CREAM): Refers to very good quality products. Items are barely worn or used to new. Depending on items, contains products with labels.

**The contents of this pallet are usually available even if an item appears individually sold out. In very exceptional cases, one or more items may not be in stock, the customer will be informed and, in consultation, it will be exchanged with a similar or other available item, or the customer would prefer to wait if it will not take long. With neither of the two options, it is possible to cancel the order without costs and we will refund the amount to the customer's account.
